HRBT is a leading player in the Australian Harness Racing Industry

We have just approved some $20k worth of grants to over 20 young Queensland harness aspirants wanting to progress their career in Harness Racing. The approved grants covered such things as purchasing a discounted stallion service, a cheap yearling, gear and equipment and attending a mix of training courses. One of the courses funded was animal services certificate which gives the young person the opportunity to work in related fields to harness racing.


We believe in today’s competitive world, young harness people need to be multi talented, present as a professional young person who can assist the owner and trainer in their understanding and management of the horse. It is essential today when involved with harness racing to have a second income avenue.


We have just published our third edition of Harness Talk, our bi monthly colour magazine. This magazine is brimful of industry matters, horse health advices and uncut information on issues that are happening right now.


We believe in regional racing and currently are assisting two clubs in their attempt to hold further country races.
